BITBRUK is a Swedish software company building AI products, agent systems, and production pipelines. The work spans public software, live operations, internal production, and active R&D.

Founder

Jon Lidfeldt -- Founder / Engineer

BITBRUK is a solo founder operation: a physician and engineer (MD, PhD candidate) directing a fleet of AI agents. Every product is planned, built, tested, and reviewed through that pipeline -- the founder sets direction and gates what ships. The medical background grounds the clinical work directly.

Philosophy

Computational precision meets minimal design. Every product starts with one principle: respect the user's time. No bloat, no dark patterns, no unnecessary complexity. Software should work quietly and well.

Every product we build starts with human creativity and judgment. AI amplifies our precision and reach -- it never replaces the thinking behind it.

Direction

Smart Bookmarks AI is available now as BITBRUK's first public product and proving ground. It is one part of a wider portfolio: AI Voice Reception is a live system already taking real calls, the AI-Native 3D Pipeline is used for internal production, and the Clinical Evidence Platform is in design.

Operations

Agents plan, implement, test, and review inside Bruket, the in-house delivery system. Project-memory drafts pass TMS promotion, a multi-model gate. The human directs and gates. This is what a working session looks like:

Murmuration is a tested Go substrate for reproducible multi-column AI experiments. Its end-to-end runner remains in development.
