Products

BITBRUK provides software products distributed via Chrome Web Store and this website. Products are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on this website and in BITBRUK products are owned by Lidfeldt Lantbruk AB. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lidfeldt Lantbruk AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

Right of Withdrawal

BITBRUK products are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. By purchasing and accessing our products, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance.
