Digital Products

BITBRUK products are digital software distributed via Chrome Web Store.

Digital Content Waiver

Our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By accessing the product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the digital content has been accessed, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

Defective Products

If a product is defective or does not function as described, you are entitled to a remedy under EU consumer protection law regardless of the digital content waiver.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase details. We will process your refund within 14 business days.

Chrome Web Store Purchases

For extensions purchased or upgraded through Chrome Web Store, Google's refund policies may also apply. Contact Google support for Chrome Web Store-specific refund requests.

Free Products

Free products and free tiers do not require refund processing.
